Techqueria's Town Halls are sessions that aim to bring together the leadership team of Techqueria to act as listeners and hear questions and feedback from community members.
Guidelines
- Staff & board members will have default ownership over facilitating town halls but volunteers and advisors are encouraged to attend.
- Everyone is expected to abide by Techqueria’s Code of Conduct and members are subject to being kicked out of the meeting if they violate the Code of Conduct. We reserve the right to remove anyone who is acting disrespectfully.

- Calendar invites will be available via the community calendar and shared in

- As of September 1, 2021, Town Halls will no longer be recorded
- The Town Hall host will take on the responsibilities of note-taking, time-keeping, and facilitating.
Asking Questions
- Members must raise their hand via Zoom to be next in line for asking questions
- We encourage everyone to use video when asking or answering a question
- You must treat everyone with respect and be constructive when giving feedback
- Please limit interruptions. Do not interrupt others while they’re talking and please wait until after they finish talking
- Please time box your question to 2 minutes
